Our Story

A New Spot With Old-Country Roots

We're La Fonda Colima, a family-run taqueria on N 4th Ave in Pasco. The name and the palm trees on our sign come from Colima, the little Pacific-coast state in Mexico our food carries a piece of.

We opened our doors recently with one simple idea: cook the food we'd serve our own family, and treat everyone who walks in the same way. That means real birria, fresh ceviche, slow carnitas, and a $1 taco special we're proud to put in the window.

Come for lunch, come for dinner, or come late on a Friday. Our staff, like Alex, are happy to tell you what's good today. We think you'll leave feeling like part of the family, because that's exactly how we want you to feel.

We're on the corner at 1515 N 4th Ave in Pasco, with our own parking and dine-in seating. You'll spot the painted menu right on the building. Give us a call at (509) 316-4934 if you need directions.

We do. The $1 taco special runs on weekdays, right there in the window. It's a favorite, so come hungry.

We're open every day starting at 8:00 AM. Sunday through Thursday we close at 10:00 PM, and on Friday and Saturday we stay open late, all the way to 3:00 AM.

Start with the quesabirria or the carnitas tacos. If you like ceviche, the tostadas de ceviche are a great pick. Our staff are happy to point you to what's fresh that day.
